How do I order?

It is easy to order from Pacifica. You can order on-line as well as off-line.

Order on-line

If you order on-line, simply click on the "add to shopping cart" icon button beside the item. The item will be added to your shopping cart until you are ready to check out. Once you finish shopping, just proceed to click on "check out" icon. Our easy order system will guide you all the way.

If you are familiar with our products and have placed a previous order on- line, you can click on "order history" to view items you have purchased from Pacifica. This feature will make ordering on-line faster! Once you have viewed your history you will be able to make quantity changes and add, change or delete the products you want.

Fax Order (off-line orders)

If you prefer to order by fax, please shop and place the items you want into the shopping cart. Continue through the shopping process until you are ready to check out. Make sure you have the correct items and quantities. Instead of clicking on "check-out" button simply print out the order you have created. At this point you can now stop shopping or remove the items from the shopping cart.

Please note that orders generated "off-line" will have any applicable freight and sales taxes added once we receive the order by fax.

Click here to fill out the Pacifica fax cover sheet to go with your order. Fax the two sheets (cover sheet and the order form) to us at (800) 555-3373 (24 hr). When faxing this form, be sure to sign the form and select your payment method: Credit Card: (please include your credit card number and expiration date). Ship Open Account - this option is available if you have already set up an account. If you would like to open an account with Pacifica click here, Or e-mail a request to info@pacifica.com. Title your e-mail "Open an Account at Pacifica". C.O.D. Orders - UPS and Federal Express do charge an mandatory $5.50 charge for orders shipped C.O.D. To avoid this charge you can use a credit card.

When you order by fax you will receive a fax confirmation, e-mail confirmation or a telephone confirmation within 24 business hours. It's your choice. Please let us know how we can reach you when you use the Pacifica fax order cover sheet.

What happens if you are out of the product I ordered?

First of all, we hope this does not happen. Pacifica tries to stock adequate inventory for our customers. We are aware that items such as gloves and sponges must be available for immediate shipment. In the event of a back order, Pacifica will immediately contact you by e-mail and advise you of the situation. In most cases we will be prepared to offer you a suitable alternate choice. We do not want you to be without the products you need.

How long will it take to get my orders?

If your orders is received before noon (PST) Pacific Standard Time, they will be processed and shipped out on the same day or the next without fail, unless there is a backorder of the item ordered. The shipping time will be 3 to 7 days, depending on where you are located. So, you can expect to get your delivery 4 to 8 days after you place your order.

If you choose Second Day Air, the items shipped will arrive on the 3rd or 4th day after you place your order.

Can I track my order?

If you order on-line, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Another e-mail with the tracking number is sent to you once your order is shipped out. The information about which shipping carrier we are using will be e-mailed to you as well. You can simply go the carrier's site and track your shipment using the tracking number we e-mail you.

How do I pay? Is it safe to use credit card?

To order on-line you must use a credit card or have it shipped COD. We accept American Express, Visa, Discover and Master Card. In case you select COD, there is a $5.50 additional charge that will be applied and is required by UPS and Fed Express.

Yes, it is safe to pay with credit card when you order from Pacifica.com because we are using a secure line (SSL), which encrypts submitted information before it is sent to us. From the time you begin entering your credit card data until an order is completed, your data is safeguarded.

Can I pay by purchase order or "open" account?

Only the customers who have an "open" account established with us can pay by purchase order. If you wish to "open" an account with us, complete the Account Request Form or you can contact us by e-mail at info@pacifica.com or simply call us at (800) 635-4430.

Orders that are "open account" can be generated either "on-line" or "off-line"

How much do you charge for shipping?

If you order on-line we will charge weight based shipping rate.
If you order off line (fax or telephone), we'll charge according to the weight and zip code.
Government accounts will have the shipping fee waived and will be deducted from the invoice. (Exception: any internet specials where freight is additional). Orders totaling 200 pounds or more will have shipping fees waived. Example: 10 cases of gloves at 20 pounds per case would not be charged shipping and shipping charges would be deducted from the invoice.(Exception: any internet specials where freight is additional)

What does Pacifica.com do with the information it receives when I place an order?

When you place an order, we need to know your personal information (name, shipping address, e-mail, telephone no., credit card no. etc.) to allow us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order. We may use the information to notify you new Pacifica products or special offers that we think you'll find valuable.

We respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade any customer information to others. We may however release the information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of Pacifica.com, our users or others.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are obligated by law to collect sales tax for orders sent to states where we maintain a 'substantial business presence'. Sales taxes are collected for California, Texas and Tennessee orders.

What is your return policy?

We, at Pacifica.com want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return for a full refund, credit or exchange if the merchandise is defective, damaged or wrongly shipped Click here to learn about Returns or Exchanges.

How can I return my order?

E-mail us, or contact the customer care at (800) 635-4430, within 15 days of invoice date to arrange for the return. A return authorization is required to ensure proper credit. The merchandise should be returned in it's original container, unmarked and properly packed. A copy of the invoice and a written description for the return (e.g. wrong size, damage etc) should be included inside the box. If packing list is not available, write a note telling us the reasons of return along with your name and address.

We will notify you either by e-mail or phone once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

I have ordered a wrong item. Can I exchange it?

Sure, you can. Customer satisfaction is our priority. Simply e-mail or call us at (800) 635-4430, we'll arrange for the pick up. Please write a note on the packing list (when not available a piece of paper complete with your name and address) the reason of exchange and to which item you want to exchange.

How can I request samples or a catalog?

You can either make your request "on-line" or 'off-line". To request on-line, click on the Request for Information button and fill in the name and address. In the comments section please let the product code and size that you wish to have a sample of. To request a sample off-line, call us at (800) 635-4430 or fax us at (800) 555-3373 (24hr).

Can I get special price if I order regularly in big quantities?

Yes, for quantity discounts please contact our Accounts Department at 888-635-4430 or by fax at 800-555-3373.
